Trigger Point Therapy
A soft-tissue treatment that helps release tense, painful knots in your muscles and fascia (web of connective tissue). Components of trigger point therapy may include sustained pressure, posture and movement correction, electrical stimulation, dry needling, and massage.
Sports Therapy
For athletes looking to improve their technique, transition safely from physical therapy back to their sport, assess their movements to prevent injury, or shorten their post-workout recovery time, our sports performance services can help. (90 minute service)
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage can enhance the benefits of compression bandages and help ease mild to moderate symptoms, especially post-surgery. All of the techniques used in lymphatic drainage massages include gentle movements to stretch the skin in the direction of lymph flow. Your therapist will typically use not only massage, but stretching, compressing, gliding, and cupping, all with light rhythmic movements that stimulate the lymphatic system so the fluid moves easily through nodes and tissues.
Prenatal Massage
A Prenatal massage is a nurturing massage that focuses on the special needs of a mother to be during her pregnancy. Using safe and effective prenatal techniques, this massage is fantastic for soothing dehydrated skin, alleviating lower back pain and exhaustion, while at the same time addressing puffy hands and feet.
Cupping
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. (90 minute service)
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage works to lengthen and relax deep tissue. This type of massage may help manage pain and increase a person’s range of motion. Deep tissue massage may be a suitable option to treat sports injuries or chronic back pain.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a full-body treatment that relies on techniques like stroking, kneading, and tapping the body to relax the muscles, release tension, and improve blood flow.
Chair Massage $30 for 15 minutes
Chair massage – also known as seated massage – is designed to take the weight off the spine and give easy access to the head, neck, back, shoulders and arms.
